How it is made:Once production request is done upon your order, this is how your shoes are going to be made: It takes about 1 day for a molding technician to cut the leather according to the pattern and cut. Then it takes about 1 to 2 days for upper work such as sewing and attaching decorations to the cut leather. * Please note that Giclee is highly crafted made-to-order golf shoes- handmade in Korea and internationally shipped. So please allow us 15 days to deliver at your door. |
Size:
*Women's shoes run true to size. Recommended the same size as the sneakers you normally wear.
*Men's shoes size can run slightly big. Please choose smaller size if you are in between sizes.

We believe that every customer deserves special attention, for us that means that a pair of shoes is made for that particular person. Since Giclee is made-to-order shoes, we want you to make firm decisions without "try and return mind" when purchasing.
-Returns are accepted only if the shoes are defective.
-Due to negligence or wear and tear after trying will incur a charge such as restocking fee.
-In any case of a return, we only accept that if the shoes are in their original condition, including the original box and dust bags, and must be completely unworn with no vamp mark.
-The Cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility as the import taxes on the case are due.
